QLED provides with deep blacks and vivid colors, however, it’s not as smooth with motion and the picture quality didn’t impress as much. I didn’t like Roku either.

I received this 50S525 via fed ex yesterday. I noticed the right top corner had pixels that were a bit smudged along the edge. 1 hour later there was a 6 inch line of dead pixels. By 6 hours, the line of dead pixels was 16 inches long. Since it seemed like a keeper after setting up, I put the trash out for garbage day. I called Best Buy later once the problem started and the best they can do is send me a label, but hello...the box has been picked up by garbage collector. I can’t carry a 50” tv up to the store in manhattan on the bus or subway during a pandemic. I don’t understand what they want me to do with this 500$ Lemon (after tax and warranty).

For the money nothing compares. You’d have to spend twice as much. And Roku is the best smart t.v. System by far.

I love the tv, I did not like the hard roku block at set up. You do not have to give up your credit card.

This is a keeper. Tried two others before this one and took them back. This can do it all. Live pause of OTA signals of up to 90 minutes and UHD streaming. Nice

I had a 7 year old 4 series Tcl Roku tv it was ok but slow and not 4K but this tv so far it’s worth it the 6 series is not worth the extra cost

TV came with the best packaging. Super easy to set up and has a superior display quality. AND, I can directly stream Netflix by using the key on the remote.

Good budget tv. I've been happy with several TCL TV's, and continue to enjoy using the Roku interface and app selection. If looking for a tv in the $400 or less price range, this is a great option.

Very pleased with purchase. Will continue to make purchases of TVs at this store. The salesperson is very informative in regards to helping us make the right choice.

Excellent TV. Curbside pickup was simple. Price was about the same as other stores. Best buy has a great variety to pick from.

Great TV for the bedroom. Colors are excellent. Set-up a breeze and love the Roku. I'm looking at the 75" for the living room.

just over 2 years and the sound won't work anymore. I had a soundbar plugged into the headphone jack, worked great, unplugged and replugged and now it won't work and neither will the built-in tv speakers, volume goes down and won't go up. i can only assume something broke on the internal soundcard. that is nooooot a long life for a TV.

This is a basic TV with the Roku platform. It operates well, but it is dim in bright light and too bright in low light.

I love this TCL 5-Series QLED TV. It provides a high quality, full array display at a modest price. I also love the high performance processor that is fast and sharp.

It’s alright honestly, it doesn’t feel like it’s 4k most of the time. And idk if it cause I have the wrong HDMI but it’s can’t run 4k at 60hz only 4k at 30hz.

So helpful and fast and alot of knowledge on everything I asked about I will get all the electronics from best buy from now on

This TV is a great budget option for gaming or streaming service movies/shows. Good size and easy-to-use smart tv controls with Roku.

Already had one tcl roku set. Needed another so i stayed with the same model so i wouldn't have to learn another remote. Happy with both sets.
