TCL 50" Roku TV

Pretty, good, but room for improvement

That said, the power cord is crazy short...the shortest I've ever seen for a tv. Also, the remote looks like a real ROKU remote, but it isn't. It's awful. The keys are hard and click loud with each press, whereas a real ROKU remote has soft keys. Fortunately, real ROKU remotes work with these TVs, so I ordered one.

I am going to replace all of my appliances soon excluding my dishwasher. How can I find someone knowledgeable and interested in helping me. I felt that the person who assisted me had to but didn’t want to. I felt the same way when I purchased the dishwasher. If I get mediocre assistance going forward I will leave and shop elsewhere. The quality is good but service not so much
