    Overall decent tv, I normally go for tcl for the price to features ratio but on this specific one I got dead pixels within a couple of months and can’t return anymore cause of the return period. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Nice TV. Weak internal antenna for 2G & 5G signal

    Model functioned well but had a difficult time with 2G and 5G signals. Internal antenna issue. Ask a BB salesman if it has been updated and if still recommended.

    Do NOT buy this TV if you really want to enjoy the glory of HDR or Dolby Vision because you won’t get it here. This TV has a peak brightness of 300 nits when HDR or Dolby Vision is activated. Same as SDR content which is pretty poor. My monitor does 500 nits and this can’t? Grey uniformity is horrible, local dimming does not work properly and it doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 so you definitely can’t buy this for the PS5 or Xbox series. I’m super disappointed. Will be return this TV.

    Shockingly Short Lifespan

    I purchased this TV in April and in November a large magenta streak appeared across the picture. I have never had a tv that broke down so quickly, so I'm actually shocked.

    The online manual is cumbersome and difficult to use. The remote is too limited. The fact that there are no numbers are on the remote it makes it hard to change channels quickly; this is very irritating. The screen is good but glare is too obtrusive. I don't like this tv and would not buy it again. My old plasma Tv was cheaper, easier to use, and a much better picture.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is greatly appreciated!       Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Hope this helps!

    Two TVs, two nonworking screens. Total fail.

    I ordered this for pickup. After long delays I was able to pick it up today and the TV screen was totally fried - random lines and no image. I took it back to Best Buy who swapped it for another, identical model. That screen was totally fried as well. No image, just visual noise. I took that back for a refund. TCL clearly has quality control issues. I will never buy anything from TCL again - Two total failures in a row. I have never seen anything that bad before.
