Roku Smart platform is user friendly and easy to use and download apps. I wish it had an internet app like Samsung though. The picture quality is amazing but mounting was a bit of a pain in and scary but we got it set up!

The TV has a good picture but it drops the internet on a regular basis and then I have to turn it off and turn it back on and then watch a lot of other commercials. I have another smart TV and have never had this problem.

Just love this TV . The picture and Roku is a delight. The price was fantastic. Set up was just a few minutes and I am very pleased with my purchase .

Reasonably priced TV with a very clear picture. Easy to set up and use the apps as well as add additional apps. So far I am happy with my choice.

This TV is super clear and has a beautiful pictue. It compares to my OLED TV. I love built in Roku so we can enjoy all our favorite apps.

I love the easy setup and the customization of the channel lineup. This is our 2nd TCL Roku television. The value is great! I would’ve given it 5 stars, but for some reason the microphone feature was not included on the remote, so you can’t push a button and speak to search for shows. This is odd, because our other tv is the same series, it’s just one size larger. I am considering adding a sound bar to it at some point. Anyway, for how easy it is to use and the low price, I would recommend this tv.

Crisp clear picture on all programs - HD and not HD. Easy to navigate. Really good sound. Good price. I’d buy it again and and and again.

The tv is great. Nice picture and sound easy setup. I do wish the volume and power buttons on my xfinity remote functioned with the tv.

Needed something a little smaller for rhe TV room in the basement.. this 50 inch ROKU TV with the QLED is really nice.. easy set up, great picture.

Super easy setup right of the box. Great picture, clear with new details I hadn’t seen with our previous set. Vivid colors.

Still getting use to this TV. Not tech savvy enough to have realized that things that are not as high def, 4K etc. would not be as clear. It is exceptional for those things! The broadcast of the Olympics was one place that the clarity from the lesser tech platforms was noticeable. Otherwise it fits the space we had, sounds good, and picture is good. Haven't gamed on it, so can't speak to that. We needed bang for the buck and this is a good fit. If the budget allowed, may have gone with a higher end model, but this works. We still have the previous TCL a 43 inch. Works great and has run almost 24/7 for almost 6 years with no issues.

Like the TV picture quality, very sharp. The remote is pretty picky, must be pointed at the bottom of the tv. Sound quality is ok.

Wow, the picture is crisp and amazing. The settings were easy to use and setup was a breeze. Volume was great and the brightness was superb for the price.

This has been an amazing purchase experience! I already had two TCL TVs that I love, and wanted to replace my older Panasonic with yet another TCL. Good move! Found one on Amazon for a great price, so I placed my order. For reasons still unknown to me, Amazon alerted me a week later that my order was "undeliverable." ???? Found the exact same TV at Best Buy for even LESS money, ordered it online, and holy cow, it was delivered THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! WHAT?! I am sooooo impressed!!! Great job, Best Buy! And many thanks to TCL for making great TVs at an affordable price. This TV, like my other TCLs, is wonderful. Beautiful picture, super easy to navigate with the included remote, doesn't put out any noticeable heat, and is easy to handle in terms of its light weight. Kudos!

Really great picture. Set up fairly easy even with Roku's minimalist menu and help. Bit on expensive side for a "cheap" TV but worth it...
