decent tv bad coverage plan

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.adequate 4k tv with good visuals very weak speakers ( 2 downward on the bottom) also slow CPU and processing though not terrible. apparently screen very fragile, bought it with 5 year protection plan (IMPORTANT does not cover physical damage like damage screen) both best buy and geek quad could do nothing. TV gets 3 star but coverage plan get a fat zero

TCL QLED Yes please!

Have used it as both a TV and a PC monitor and for the price I am pleased with the results. Have not used the smart functions on this TV though but it has the Google os so it is likely as one would expect it to work. Would definitely recommend getting some sort of sound bar or other speakers because the in built speakers are terrible but function in a pinch. Sound aside very nice TV for the price.

Good tv but slow and lacks apple airplay

However, google operating system is really really slow, very annoying, almost like multiple seconds lag between clicking remote and then something happening. Second issue - it doesn’t have apple airplay even though other cheaper TCL models have that. That is just weird.

The picture is great. I thought because it wouldn’t be a name brand It wouldn’t be as great, but it has turned out to be a great TV picture volume and the best thing is that I have it on my pro member with warranty what else could I ask for for $218 on a 45 inch TV?

Very impressive at this price

The screen is very nice looking when you set the picture mode to movie, and the blacks are very deep considering it isn't an OLED. The Google TV is relatively speedy considering it is an onboard smart TV. The one thing is you probably want to get a sound bar, but that is pretty par for the course from what I understand.

Great TV for an excellent price

What an amazing picture this tv has. The only downside is the volume is lower than my old Samsung. Setup was easy, literally plugged it in, signed into my WI-FI and I was streaming! Great value for the money. What an upgrade from my old plasma, the picture is so crisp and the blacks are deep. I highly recommend this tv!
