Amazing picture quality. First QLED TV, have burned through a couple of cheap box store black Friday brands and decided to go up a par. Only major complaint is that it's a Google TV and the system is awfully slow compared to competitors. When an early model Sony Android TV hit the market years ago I recommended it at work and it was like using a giant 10+ year old phone/tablet. I thought the system would have improved by now but it hasn't. The features are nice (curated content, app support, customization of guide and layouts) but every command within the system itself and inside of individual apps takes 2-3 seconds to respond. Doesn't sound like a huge deal but after using other brands (Roku/Amazon) Google TV by far comes in last place in terms of responsiveness. Again, plenty of features (bluetooth+on board audio, eARC support, decent TV tuner, advanced calibration settings, etc.), and the picture from this thing is amazing. The motion rate feature takes some getting used to -- many fast-action movie scenes look like they are in fast-forward mode. Otherwise, the TV appears to be well made and has an amazing picture.

I loved this TV. Picture was great, sounds was fantastic and it had 4 HDMI ports (that's important to me). Sadly it got cracked when had we had a small quake and I fell into it because I was cleaning it. I'm disabled and lost my balance. Sadly the extra warranty didn't cover it so I had to get a new one because they had no replacements of the same kind.

Outstanding picture quality and sound for movies and sporting events. Not a gamer so cannot comment on that aspect. Currently rated # 4 behind LG, Sony and Samsung. Number one for value and quality . To be fair, I also like Vizeo and HiSense so I am at that price point. Good choice for me in my price point. Did basic research of about 1/2 hour. Staff was pleasant and helpful and Newington Connecticut location.

It’s a fair tv for the price. I didn’t need anything fancy just a tv big enough. It doesn’t run amazingly smooth but it’s just a tv, I can’t complain. If you're looking to save money for a decent tv this is a good pick.

This tv has great quality especially for the price, I play video games and watch movies daily. This tv provides lots of setting to change to your personal preference and connected to my surround sound system quick and easy. If you’re thinking about getting a tv I would definitely recommend this one, not to mention the price I’ve paid more and gotten less out of other tvs.

Honestly for the price point it’s offered at, I’m not really sure what was able to beat it. I bought this tv when I was on a limited time drop since I have an upgraded best buy membership. The images look amazing with this and gaming feel smooth and crisp. Only thing holding this tv back from being absolutely perfect is the 60hz refresh rate but that really mainly affected gamers.
