    My buying experience was 5 star. Shipping included. Great price. The TCL TV was easy to setup and get connected to my internet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the color settings for proper flesh tones have to be adjusted. 1 month later I still see there's room for improvement. (maybe it's just me :) I suppose all TVs have this issue but thought I should mention it.

    Great TV for the price. Full picture customization. Also game mode increases the refresh rate which is good for games. You can even customize how dark the black colors are.

    I am rather surprised at the quality of this tv. I have a 65" LG OLED tv. It's either the B1 or C1. I can't remember which one, but the picture is almost comparable. I have a Playstation 5, and I play games pretty much every day. Right now, im play The Witcher 3 on the 55" tcl tv. The graphics are amazing for this inexpensive tv.

    Looking to replace a wonderful old Samsung TV with something "smarter." I was prepared to spend the money and go bigger but ended up with a great buy that was about the same size but "smart" and easy. I could have been talked into something bigger and more costly but really appreciated the practical advice I was given by Best Buy tech.
