My TV has been slow and has had increased lag since I purchased it. In addition I have an issue when trying to play the show Trash Truck on Netflix. I've called Netflix to troubleshoot and I'm still experiencing the issue. For details of issue, read entire review (2nd paragraph). I followed the many troubleshooting steps with Netflix, to no avail. She then told me I would have to call the manufacturer directly but wouldn't provide any contact information. I didn't feel too good about doing this because of scammers and after calling a number for TCL I had a bizarre situation occur that I can only assume was, in fact, a scammer. In any case, the issue is still not resolved and I've already spent way too much time dealing with this highly frustrating situation. Further description of issue: My son and I have already watched seasons 1 & 2 of the show Trash Truck and now, whenever I try to rewatch an episode, instead of starting from the beginning, it just continues where we left off. It does this repeatedly, no matter what. If I hit the PLAY FROM BEGINNING button, it will play that episode from the beginning but then once the credits scroll it does the auto skip to go to the next episode and the problem persists, playing the next episode, but starting at the spot that we last watched up to. Typically this is the credits, so it just cycles through the auto skip/auto play process once or twice before showing us teasers for other shows on Netflix that play in a loop. This only happens with this one show.

This is tv is amazing easy to use and who needs cable and you have this you would recommend to everyone, family and friends

TCL has done it again. This TV is great. Clear picture and awesome sound. Best TV for your money. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful picture and the sound is good. Lots of bells and whistles to. Ive got it setup to a surround sound and enoy it all very much. Thank you best buy for the speedy delivery also. Well done guys.

I was extremely surprised by the quality of a $300 50" TCL TV compared with my other $1900 55" Samsung TV! (In terms of quality & Time-to-Support: 8/10 for my new TCL, 4/10 for my other 10-month old Samsung TV)

Nice tv with a great picture at a great price. I picked up this tv for 150.00 delivery was on time and set up was quick. I will be using this outdoors in a covered area. The picture is bright enough to see even in the sun

Super bright, excellent tv. Great pictures and sounds quality. But i like the oled tv is better than qled tv. But for the price you are paying for this tv it is awesome. And the google os is the best os for the tv.

Excellent TV for the price. Really my only issue is Google TV. It's fine and works as it should, but it lags enough that it bugs me. Otherwise the Qled is sharp and the colors are great. The sounds not too bad either.

Best buy employees will tell you tcl and hisense are bad, bah. Tcl and hisense give excellent value. Ofc there not gonna be as good as the sony oleds but at the price they offer great picture and motion.

I bought this to replace my old TV I had since 2009. The quality on this thing is amazing. The fact I got on a Black Friday deal makes it even better. It was originally $400 full price, but I got it for $260

It was a Christmas gift for my teenager. He is content with the picture quality when playing the video games.

I love this tv. It is easy to set up. I especially like that it is a google tv.

Tv works great but the downloaded apps lag. Recommend just getting a firestick and or a apple tv to stream with.

The TV looks great. We have used it with the built-in apps and with Roku 4k streaming. The picture is beautiful. I have not adjusted the picture yet, but haven't noticed too much "cinema affect".

Perfect TV for the abuse my 13 year old son will put it through. And at only $350 for a 55" QLED TV, the value cannot be surpassed. If it lasts for 3-4 years, that is all we are looking for.

Inexpensive tv, big results. Picture is so clear. Looking to update anothet one of our old TV's with this brand. Great TV at this price point

The TV itself works great good picture good sound but the remote control on. It is a piece of crap if they would fix the remote, it would be one heckuva TV.

It won't be my last. I am very impressed by the panel quality, uniformity, and overall sound. I got this as a bedroom upgrade, but if the larger, more premium versions are this good, yeah, I'm buying one.

Definitely a good buy. Great picture with no lag. I have a 70 in lg nano cell and the pucture quality is upnthere with that. Great sound. Only downside is its fragile. But for the price you cant beat it.

Picture and sound is so clear. Thank you Bestbuy for selling a great quality TV. The price was also affordable for the size and brand TCL. Thanks again to the manufacturer and Bestbuy again.
