    Picture is amazing, way better than any led. I don't like how it takes a brief pause to respond to the remote, but that could be all app based TVs. Dolby atmos sound is wildly 3 dimensional.

    Good in some ways, bad in others

    Sharpness and detail are there, but the brightness is weird. Blacks and whites look really bad. I gave this TV away to a friend and bought a better TV for myself.

    It’s a good tv for the price I paid. 149 on sale but don’t expect the best picture quality. If I would have paid more I would have returned it. It was intended for our living room but it is now for our back screened in porch.

    Frustartion galore

    Was really trying to like this TV, Turned TV on and then when menu pops up choose Netflix and it just freezes, remote wont even respond no matter what buttons were pushed after that. Attempted to turn off via TV on and off button as well as remote with no luck. I had to disconnect TV from wall and turned on then it worked fine. This TV was a bad buy, when it works it's fine but just lags...will purchase a different band from now on.

    Tv is okay for a quick fix if u need a cheap tv picture isnt amazing the refresh rate is annoying it is inly 60hz and also not impressed by google tv format

    Great TV, Remote Wont Work

    TV is beautiful and has nice features. Unfortunately, the remote does not work. I followed all steps to setup up TV using my Harmony Universal Remote and iPhone. This was a hig pain and had i not already hung this TV on my wall I would not have spent the significant amount of time it took to program my Harmony remote to get this TV setup. I expect more from Best Buy when selling Open Box items in Excellent Condition.

    The smart system and processing on this TV is incredibly slow and constantly needs hard shut downs. After a year with this tv it looks okay, but does not handle the smart functions well...

    Very glitchy, frustrating to use. Picture quality looks great, but it randomly plays the wrong thing, or you have to sign out and back into apps repeatedly.

    Don't waste your money on TCL...

    You get what you pay for! Not a bad TV but when TCL will not stand behind their warranty, why would you order this TV with, in essence, no warranty protection? My TV has not been working for one month while the TCL 'team' decides what to do after their repair tech replaces the parts and watches while the TV catches fire! Don't even consider this brand for your primary TV. I have filed complaints with the State of Ohio AG and BBB to try and get this company to honor their warranty.
