Terrible LED/Plasma TVs Sorry TCL

TCL tvs are terrible smart tvs. Perfect for one main platform but dont trust it swapping from one platform to another. IE from home to Netflix; Console; anything else other than Cable

Not a good TV

It won’t connect to WiFi and on the off chance that it does, it won’t stay connected. Sometimes it won’t even turn on. I heard good things about TCL tvs and the price wasn’t bad but I’d never buy another one of these again. I’ll stick with LG or Samsung

We moved packed this tv in a tv moving box with bubble wrap and padding. When we reached our destination tv had lines through it and then went black. Good thing I only paid 150 for it. TCL has been a good brand overall as I have a 7 year old tcl that is still going strong but this tv definitely not even worth the 150.

Bestbuy is cheating, their system is broken

I ordered it when they said it can be picked up next day, but then they told me to wait... Then I recorded it online as they said they can deliver it next day.. then the order show out for delivery a few days later, then stuck there... customer service keep telling me to wait for 2 weeks... then I have to ask for refund... then even the refund is not processed, customer service keep telling me please wait... So essentially I spent the money,and got nothing but having to spend time talking to customer service.. and haven't got my money back after almost 1 months!!!!

DON'T BUY A GOOGLE TV

This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. Google applies the same proprietary restrictions on this TV as they do for any of their products. The TV must be signed into a Google account or you can't download apps or access the internet. This IS NOT a smart device if you have to access google to use it's features.

Worthless

It is extruding slow, with a multiple second delay for every remote action, even turning the volume up or down. It is difficult to find any applications that are not Netflix or YouTube. Smooth movements on the screen actually stutter and jump. Picture quality is generally poor. I would not recommend the TV to anyone.

Feels like a TV that will be discounted....

Twitch lag and stutter

No image after 3 days

It was not the remote for sure, as screen was blank grey color. Screen was not as i expected considering it is 4k OLED, pale color and pale picture quality. I dont recommend this.

Buyer Beware!

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I'm glad that I checked the contents of the box as THE TV STAND LEGS WERE MISSING! Best Buy turned into Worst Buy!
