    The TV is quite good, however, it is a little difficult to set up without support assistance and it is not the most intuitive to operate. I also know I am going to have to contact support in the near future. Lastly, I have not had it that long and time will be the ultimate test of quality?

    I was looking for an expensive 50” TV and am happy with what I bought. The picture is okay, but I sometimes see pixelation when subjects move depending on the background. So it’s fine. I got what I paid for.

    Hoping I save someone from buying an open box TV. Here was my experience: -I ordered an Open Box- Excellent TV from Best Buy. I received a TV that was not in Excellent condition. It was missing cords/wires, the feet of the TV, not even a remote. This TV is not usable. - I call, speak to a representative who tells me someone will pick up my TV, and they will provide me a brand new one. I should be contacted within 24 hours. I was not contacted. - I call again and speak to a representative who tells me the same thing. The previous representative did not make any log of our call. I, once again, was not contacted. - I call again and speak to a representative who tells me that it will not be possible to give me a new TV. - I then speak to a supervisor, R**. R** informs me that they cannot give me a replacement of any kind, open box or brand new. I will have to wait two weeks before that is possible. - At this point, I simply do not understand why I should bother going through the process of buying another TV with Best Buy after the experience I had. I am trying my best to work with R** and come up with ways I can be compensated so that I can continue to be a Best Buy customer. I provided a very simple one: I would like a coupon, so that I may buy a different TV from Best Buy myself. That is also not possible, as per Best Buy policy. - I ask R** a simple question: “After my experience here today, why should I continue to be a Best Buy customer?” And he said “I cannot give you a reason.” The fact that I could not even receive a single reason from R** has crumbled any faith I had in being able to work with Best Buy customer service. The fact that I’ve had to jump through so many hoops for this TV is ridiculous. The fact that I cannot receive any form of compensation for my experience with Best Buy is ridiculous. The fact that Best Buy does not care to keep me as a customer is very telling of the service I’ve received.

    Not a great tv but once it warms up the picture improves. Not sure whats up with that. The operating system is a little easier than Roku.
