    The TV is fast and works very well. I like that you can organize the home screen and really personalize the TV to fit how you use it and what you watch most. I wish there was some way to customize the buttons on the remote, because I don’t use half the apps that have buttons, but I’ve never met a remote that can do this. The price is good, seeing that it’s just ~$100 more than the cheap TVs and the quality difference is huge. Would recommend!

    Ive had several TVs at triple the cost and TCL, never fails to impress me. Ive got LG, Sony Bravia and TCL and at less than $300 for this 50", it has an incredible picture and sound is good. I can only imagine how good the qm8k is

    Brilliant picture color brightness is the best ever. The sound is excellent. I would recommend this tv . Price was great and the mini led showed great. All the angles could be seen. Picture quality is excellent.

    Very pleased with this TV. It was inexpensive and the picture is amazing! The TV is also lightweight, making mounting easy, and the depth of the TV makes it so the TV doesn't stick out too far from the wall. I thought I might have to purchase a soundbar (based on experiences with other TVs) but this 50" TV has good sound so I didn't buy a soundbar. This is the 3rd TCL TV I've purchased for our house and the 4th TCL TV I've purchased for work. I've purchased everything from the Series 3 to the QM8K and in between, and they're all very good.

    It’s honestly a very good picture for a budget TV. I was looking for an upgrade from my Samsung UHD LED. And there is definitely a difference in colors and blacks. Especially when gaming. However, regular tv shows no real improvement from my LED. It’s not bright when watching movies and it can get a little grainy. I am also VERY unhappy with the scam that is considered Airplay. Google tv or not, if you are advertising to work with Airplay then you should do as such. It would let me screen mirror but once I’d click on a movie to cast from my phone it goes blank or the playback freezes 10 mins in. I tried casting my computer and it would not let me cast anything unless I was using the Google Chrome browser lol. Now THAT is a joke. It’s 2025, stop with the money grabs and produce a good tv. The overall picture is not bad, but it was a slight tease to what you really want, which is an OLED. I returned it.

    Loved this tv , if it had game accelerator 120 fps i wouldn't replace it for a 2024 model , but for the price this tv is a blast, wish my budget was good to get 55' or 65'

    I purchased this TV during a black Friday sale and believe the TLC product itself is pretty great considering most features it offers, and would have been a 5 star review if not for one thing. Google TV. I knew it was a Google tv, and thought it might increase it's functionality as such, but it turns out to be quite the opposite. You must have a google account tied to the tv to enjoy any funcionality beyond antenna tv. You can't even use the hdmi ports. Unless you specifically choose the microphone in an app search bar the controller voice function will always open youtube for search queries, closing your app and losing your place in any movie or show you are watching. If you choose to create a Google account, Google automatically collects all information regarding use of the tv and any apps or functions that are or are not related to Google. If you create a google account, Id strongly advise researching the way they use personal data to profit from, profile us, and supply our personal data to the government. Not just simple things like names, bank info etc. But biometrics, social connections, health, behavior, and so on. Literally every breath we take. That being said, TCL made a great product, even at full retail price. In the future I refuse to purchase anything google related, but without a doubt, would gladly purchase a TCL tv.
