TCL - 50" Class QM5K Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED

Got my cable remote to work with it but wish I could figure out how to get it to come on automatically to the HDMI connection(cable)? Right now, have to select input on TV remote and select HDMI.

It was bought at Best Buy as well and cost a lot of money. Not very happy about that but love the TV's quality.

Terrible

I unplug it and plug it back in and it works. I tried calling Best Buy and was told it’s not their problem. I called TCL and they walk me through 45 mins of troubleshooting which doesn’t work, then they tell me to unplug it and plug it back in. It works for the moment so they say it’s good. I’ve explained I shouldn’t have to unplug and plug my tv in every time I want to watch it but because it’s “working” after the trouble shooting, they can’t help!
