Sweet TV

Not for me

Wasn't happy with the picture and couldn't put in my Amazon firestick in the back which is on purpose and didn't like that restriction.

Awful experience

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 50 inch QM5K lost picture when it was about 2 months old with no physical damage, and working through TCL customer service was a major hassle with long waits. Fortunately it was under warranty, but they eventually sent a technician whose repair attempt failed. I had to push customer service to get a replacement TV, and now I'm waiting on that to process because I wasn't given the option of just going down the street to my local Best Buy and picking one up. It was a great TV for the 2 months that it worked, but by the time the replacement comes I'll have gone about 3 weeks without one, taken a half-day off work for a failed repair job, and spent several frustrating hours on the phone with outsourced customer support. Very disappointing.

It doesn’t do well converting from 4k to 1080p making the picture blurry. It requires a higher resolution and the 4k Netflix account which is an extra cost.
