Just Alright - Wouldn't Buy Again

Fair TV.. We will see in a few years if it lasts!

I do like that it has suggestions of what I can watch that relate to what I watch on You tube. Not sure how it knows that. My sons are very concerned that it will not work in 2 years, so I bought a 5 year warranty on it...so we will see. I also bought a Samsung Tv. The quality of picture is not as good as the Samsung, but I am not as fussy as my boys are so it works for me. So far, the TV works fine.

Worse TV I've had

It has had multiple software issues since I bought it, and neither TCL nor Best Buy honored the warranty, so I ended up stuck with a defective unit. I strongly recommend avoiding TCL and not buying TVs from Best Buy. There are plenty of other brands and retailers that will likely save you a lot of frustration.

BAD TV

Defective screen

The screen showed interference with multicolored lines. I returned it and requested a replacement at the store. I’ll share in another review how the new TV turns out.

Wrong Power Cord In The Box

Sound doesn’t always work

Exellent display without premium price

The dusplay is plenty bright, even in a well lit room. Audio is average but I utilize external audio solutions. It was easy to install on my wall mount. The UI works fine, no noticible lag, and streaming services all work great. I will be considering this line of TCL for future purchases in years to come.
