    Great picture for the price but very slow system. Especially after startup, slow to open apps and had trouble processing high-resolution video. I bought a separate Fire Stick and it works great.

    Needed a new TV at a good price, and TCL came to my rescue! Easy to program, installed easily with the Best Buy Essentials TV mount, and the picture clarity is perfect. Would definitely recommend to those on a budget!

    Good display, slow interface, some funky software processing that sometimes locks up the TV, and you have to unplug to reboot. But then, I paid a couple hundred bucks for a 50" 4K TV, so.....

    Has a fast response time and it’s very smooth and looks beautiful with hdr and true color rgb contrast definitely a must have for a reasonable price you will enjoy this tv.

    First time purchasing TCL and my neice told me to use my Android Asst to set up TV with my Google Account and everything was a snap!! It had apps that my LG doesn’t have, but it’s a pretty good TV

    Good TV but can't use Spectrum App with Google

    Have had this TV for a few weeks now. Overall quite satisfied. The one downside for me is that I was unaware that Google TV does not support the Spectrum app. My work around was to use my Roku device. Also, it does take a few seconds to load apps.

    Great TV I Love the Google integration. It great being able to just say "Hey Google, Turn the TV off." Especially when I've fallen asleep again to the Why Files on YouTube.

    Not compatible with Xfinity Streaming App ☹️

    The TV is good. I wasn’t aware that with all the apps on the tv it doesn’t connect with xfinity. So I had to connect a fire stick to it to stream the xfinity app. It’s not essentially a fire tv because I do everything through the fire stick. The sound levels are very loud on commercials and very low on shows which is annoying. Also it’s a very bright screen. It’s been difficult adjusting the picture for a bedroom.

    Purchased this Tv after reading some good reviews. The tv itself has a sleek design and the sound/picture was very good for the price i bought it for. Sadly i had to return it after noticing the tv was slow browsing through the menus and when i would turn it on it would tale 5 minutes to show a display on the screen.

    Google's TV operating system is junk, it's buggy, slow and basically flawed all around... We have 2 other ROKU tvs in our home and, after deciding to switch to YouTube TV, decided to update our living room set.. The sales rep at Best Buy recommended a Google TV, which made sense to us since we were going with YouTube... Big mistake. The TV is absurdly slow, even when hardwired. When not hardwired it will randomly lose internet connection. The apps all run slow, Google's only advice is to constantly clear the cache and the home screen is just a mess. Other two other ROKU tv's are 5+ years old and far superior, fast, easy, never an issue. Google should be embarrassed for selling this junk but so should Best Buy. A little bit of quality control goes a long way. Now we are stuck with a TV that we may just actually toss to the curb.

    Has a rare audio out plug for corded headphones

    Great tv for the price. I needed audio plug for corded headphones. My only complaint is when the headphones are plugged in it cancels the sound from the tv to other viewers. I must unplug my headphones for others to hear.
