The Tv meets my expectations. The process to get the free Apple n fubi was a little confusing but eventually figured it out.

It shows an excellent picture. I'm not a gamer so I can't speak to that aspect of the tv. The sound is good. I gave it 4 stars because there appears to be a lag when you first turn it on.

NEVER ORDERING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely unbelievable the service I received from Best Buy, i ordered a brand new tv from them to be delivered to my house and they send a open box tv with no remote, once I let customer service know they scheduled for them to pick up the open box tv and the new tv I paid for ( mind you this is a bday gift for my father) they tell me it will take 2 week to re- deliver — 2 weeks comes & they deliver the tv again BROKEN

Love my 55" Roku TV....

For the price you can not beat it. Only downfall is the 4-series. Its off access viewing is only so so. If you are able get the 5 or 6 series. For my needs it works just fine.
