Best TV I ever purchased,!!

I upgraded from my 43" non-smart TV to a new viewing world of Rocu and 4K. Image clarity, adequate HDMI ports(4),USB, digital input for my new Rocu soundbar and wireless stereo speakers and I use the 55" screen as my computer screen too.

Audio Won't Stay in Sync with Picture

It had a serious problem show up almost immediately after setting it up. The picture is decent on this TV, but the audio keeps losing sync with the picture. The software is up to date, and I've tried multiple output settings with no resolution. Backing out of the app you are watching will temporarily fix it, but it soon goes out of sync again. I've also tried factory resetting the TV and starting setup over. This would be a decent TV without the audio sync problem. As it is currently, it is unwatchable.

TCL Roku 55" TV

The picture quality is out of this world. I own a 32" Roku TCL as well as my new 55". I have been using this brand of TV for the last 7 years. I have never had a bit of trouble, so thank you so much. It was delivered in a timely manner. I set it up myself, easy as pie!
