Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Didn’t last two months with minimal use

Purchased on Nov 14th, 2022 and used maybe 5 times by guests over the holiday season. As of Jan 19th, 2023, the TV is no longer usable. When streaming video from any platform, the picture is so dark and distorted, it is unable to be viewed. Multiple restarts and factory picture settings did not fix the issue. Unfortunate, but there may be some major quality issues with the TCL 55”…
