You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Non flexible Best Buy

Six days after installing it to the power supply failed. When I asked Best Buy to replace it, I was on day 17, two days out of the exchange policy, and I explained to them this was a vacation house and they did not live there, and that’s the only reason why we did not realize this within the 15 day policy, and nobody would honor the exchange at Best Buy, which forced me to buy a second one to make the client happy, because the only recourse was repair of a brand new television It’s been close to 28 days since then, and I just have not had the time to take the television in for repair, it’s almost not worth my time, I learned a valuable lesson

Bad customer service!!

Called customer service and did all the steps in getting it replaced. TCL Said it was under warranty and would be replaced. that was 15 days ago and still no replacement!! What should have happened was Best should have gave ua a replacement and TCL should have sent my replacement tv to best buy. Worst customer service ever!!! And then try and understand them. Never again will i ever buy a TV from TCL.

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. CRAP!!!!

Apparently its a common issue for them to have a display malfunction where screen is just black but you can still hear tv. Customer service was no help. Issue started within first year to qualify for warrenty but would randomly fix itself. Now 3 months after warrenty ended conviently cannot be resolved.

BOUGHT 2/25/23 , and its now 5/5/23 and screen went out. I have best buy warrenty which conveniently is about 1 week past the expiration date. I wont ever again buy a TCL TV. And I honestly dont think Ill buy from Best Buy again either!!!!
