The speakers are ok, the remote is tremendously annoying. It must have a direct line between the remote and the sensor, or it doesn't work. If the dog walks in front of the tv at the time I'm trying to change the channel, I have to wait for the dog to pass. If he sits down in front of the tv, I have to move him. Most remotes and sensor's are more forgiving. For the price, it's a decent tv. If you have a few extra bucks, spend them on another tv.
