Disappointed in Product Performance

There’s nothing around it, or under it, and it’s plugged into the wall. If it happens one more time, we’ll be taking it back to Best Buy for a refund or exchange.

Lasted less than two years

Have had it about 18 months and it just died out of nowhere. Won’t turn on at all. I was steaming, paused a show, and came back to a black screen. Changed batteries in remote, unplugged TV and nothing.
