Purchased this to use as a display in one of our meeting rooms at work. The TCL is perfect for this and works wonderfully. We do not use it as a Television so I can't rate it on how channels work. I can say it does work fantastic as a computer monitor. The price is always why we choose Best Buy

Great tv but it has issues, half the screen has more backlight then the other side of the screen. The system itself has issues. Ex closed caption only on mute...it always has closed captions on even though the setting is correct. Now recently it likes to turn on to a black screen in which you must press the home button twice...the setting is set to start up to the home screen, not a black screen. It seems the settings within the system do not work properly. I had the older model of this tv which lasted 5 years refurbished also, this model is showing symptoms only a few months into use. Very disappointed with this purchase and best buys products as the quality seems to have diminished during the pandemic

Had a great in-store experience, where the sales associate helped me with what I already wanted to purchase, TCL – 55” Class 4 Series 4K UHD Smart Roku TV. He said that he would help me load it in my car, too. Very pleased with the service, and my TV looks great on my wall!

Honestly not a bad tv, though the front sensor is weak and wouldn’t receive transmission from tv remote sometimes. Real flaw is the “roku tv” remote. I absolutely hate it , had to return the tv because of that .

For the price, you can't really get a better TV. Works flawlessly with the Rocu. My only issues has been with the sound bar. It doesn't stay ",hooked up" and the bass is too loud drowning out the sound. IDK. I have one other that works perfectly. But yeah, TV is a great value

At this point, this is a pretty basic TV but works for me. Roku is the best system I've used so I bought this specifically for it. Sound isn't great but I've hooked it up to a stereo system and that's really the way to go

The backlight died after 1 year and 3 months, so it lasted just long enough outside of warranty. I would spend a few hundred more for a better TV.

This is the 3rd TV I bought of the same item. My friend had one, so I bought one for myself a year ago, then my brother wanted one, and then my wife's BFF wanted one too. It runs off the Roku OS, which in my opinion is the best one, and has great visuals.

Roku TV when paired with Roku Remote pro , is a good match and almost everything can be done using the voice. The sound is not up to the mark as it has 8watts 2 speaker leaving us with no choice , we should buy a sound bar

This was a gift to our grandson and the process from accessing your on-line ordering system, to shipping alerts, and delivery was on point. Very efficient and an easy way for us to order gifts to family far away.

Good for the price. I had an older model (3 years) that finally gave out. It was decent while it lasted. Not the best panel, but it is really fast and responsive. For those budgeting, TCL is better than an Insignia or Hisense.

We put this in our bedroom what a awesome buy. The Roku platform is incredibly reliable and user friendly. Very happy with this purchase. Value for the price o would recommend it to anyone!

Very satisfied with the ROKU TCL tv. The set up was confusing at first but fell into place. Performance and capabilities' are great. I would recommend this TV to a friend. The sales lady at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and helpful.
