She is finally learned how to use the remotes and can now enjoy Roku, Prime, Disney + and Hulu movies. I also like ESPN+.

An independent dealer wanted at least $200 to repair it, and possibly more. As a retireed person it just was not worth fooling with so I bought same model again, but this time I went with the extended warrenty

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. We will continue to make improvements to ensure our customers the best experience possible.

Review of TCL 4k UHD

Its not on par with the OLED's but for a LED, right at the top of the budget models in its class. Add the ROKU aspect to it & it makes it a must have.

Just have to go back home and relaunch the streaming service. Overall it's a great value Recommended

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

I like the roku tv because it completely cuts out the firesticks.
