    Roku? More like Noku.

    TCL: poor skin tones, have to be directly in front of screen or picture is blah and washed out. Get what you pay for - cheap. Roku: worthless for any Spectrum user - no longer supports app. Bottom line: returned ALL my Roku projects and replaced with Samsung TVs which support the Spectrum app. Roku has betrayed a large audience and lost a customer for life.

    TV Started Smoking Upon Installation

    Installed TV and ran the update. Then there was a POP sound and it started smoking from the top. Now my bedroom smells like burning chemicals. I've never seen anything like it. Returning it first thing in the morning. I'm just glad it happened while I was home and my house didn't burn down. This replaced an older TV that had been installed in the same spot for three years without issue. So it's not my wiring. It was the TV.

    Having issues with specific TV

    Having issues with this specific TV. May need to exchange. From time to time, it freezes or shuts off on its own. Not sure what the issue is but, I may need to exchange soon. This has happened 4 times since my purchase.

    Horrible. This tv was in my house barely 2 weeks before it start failing and messing with the electrical systems in my house. Will not be recommending this brand of tv to anyone. The tv was turning it's self of and on in a type of bootloop. This tv was making an awful sound from it's speakers. The worst thing, it was making lights throughout my house flicker and flash even when it wasn't turned on. Horrible television.

    unfortunately, i cant not recommend this tv, i bought it to upgrade from my 50ich, but the tv was smaller than my 50inch and its supposed to be 55inch, dont buy not worth the time.

    The graphics are not what I expected on ultra 4k...my old TLC TV actually looked better...the screen is dark even after changing the settings

      Hello,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!

    I purchased this television 01/05/2022. One month later, either no sound or fades in and out. This has been a disappointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. You would at least expect it to last for a few months.

    Do not buy this tv. Unfortunately I did before reading reviews and my tv is doing the same thing as other people mention reviews. I've only had it a few months and the color gets very dark and pixelated. So angry!

    Resolution went south

    Resolution went south after 20 days. And it is not the internet as my other 8 year old TCL TV still has a stellar resolution. I guess they were more concerned about quality back then. Don’t buy it !
