It's my first Smart TV & I'm pretty tech-savvy, but I find the day-to-day usage of the TV is complicated and time-consuming, with no explanations for some glitches (for example, I can stream some videos from Facebook, but not others.. as though they are blocked somewhere). The Home App has no settings controls or Help section, so it's a mystery. Also, "Live TV" isn't live. I'm watching a program now on Live TV but it's a week old. Hopefully I'll learn as I go with these questions....

Full featured decent quality TV at a good price

The black levels could be better , but that's rather expected from a $450 55" TV. Otherwise the integrated Roku and overall quality makes this a very decent choice. If you need an LCD display which does a better job of providing deep blacks then the Series 6 or higher from TCL or a mid range or higher end TV from another manufacturer may be a better choice. For my needs for this TV though its working just fine.
