    Curb side is the way to go

    Ordered online and had to go to a store a little further away as the closest store was out of stock. Did curb side pick up, first time using the app. On the app you input the space and car type and the come right out. I did not have much time to lay the seats down in my SUV before the were ready to load. Great service

    Great TV and the system is what I wanted. Android allowed me to have Plex setup right on the home screen and I even got rid of my computer I used to have connected to the TV under a HDMI port. There are times the system is a bit slower than it should be, but it is worth it to have all the options this one gives me.

    Good TV. If you get into the menu you can set it up to look really good. Has a lot of features. Remember old folks, everything is in the menu. If you know what you are buying and read up, this unit will satisfy. Don’t give bad reviews because you are dim.

    My Mom loves the TV...it was a gift for her. The original delivery came without many of the parts...remote...stand and had to be re-delivered. Best Buy worked with me to ensure it was correct. I do not live in same state but BB was great and worked with me from my remote relocation and it was redelivered!

    The size of the screen is perfect for my bedroom, however the quality isn’t the greatest compared to other brands. There is a scanner looking bar that likes to pop up at the bottom of the screen from time to time. But I used points and got it on a steal so it’s all good. The power and volume buttons on the tv are hidden and that’s a pain. My cable remote refuses to program to it. It’s definitely not a main room type of television.

    The interface of the SmartTV is slow and delayed. Once the show starts, the picture and sound quality is good, but there have been regular occurrences of it restarting without notification.

    Best Black Friday TV with google assistant

    Awesome Pre-Black Friday tv. I was lucky to grab this awesome tv when they went on sale. I loved a family members Roku tv from last years Black Friday deal I had to grab this years tv. I personally think it’s better with google assistant to talk directly to remote. Still getting used to but love it so far.

    I've had this TV for almost 2 months and have had several issues already so I guess you get what you pay for. The first issue was the home screen went black for a few days. I could still use the inputs to access my cable tv and gaming consoles and use the netflix and youtube buttons on the remote to access those apps but I couldn't access any other apps because the home screen was just blank. I ignored it for awhile and after about a week or 2 the home screen eventually returned on its own. Then another time it couldn't connect to the internet. There's no restart button on the TV so the only way I was able to fix it was by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in. Now it won't buffer any of the streaming apps. The apps will still open and I can still scroll through them, clearly it has access to the internet, but once you choose something to watch or listen to it'll just try to load forever until it goes to sleep. Opening youtube or pandora or spotify will just freeze it. You can't cast to it from another device either and the google assistant button will try to listen to your commands but can't seem to process what it's hearing. I've tried using the system optimize button, I've tried uplugging it and plugging it back in. Nothing seems to be fixing this. I can still watch cable and I can stream from gaming consoles but the sound an video quality is much worse on them (which makes me think they do it on purpose so you use the apps from the TV instead). I'm gonna have to call customer service tomorrow if I have time during their operating hours cuz I'll be busy then, too. I just don't think I should have this many issues and also not be able to troubleshoot it myself after only barely 2 months of use. I was excited to move up from my 22" TV to this 55" TV but it seems to have been a waste as I've spent the last 2 days watching from my old, smaller TV since I was left with no other options if I wanted to watch my other streaming services. If the quality of sound and picture from my gaming system netflix wasn't so bad (which is odd because the sound is fine whereas Disney+ from my gaming system looks great, but I have to turn the sound up to like 80 to hear it) I wouldn't have so much of a problem with it because I could pretty much still use it like how I used my old TV, but since everything is fuzzy if I watch netflix it's really not functioning for the purposes I need it for. If they do manage to fix this problem I just see further issues down the line of owning this cheap TV.

    This TV is a great deal for the price. There are a few quirks, like my Xfinity remote won't automatically detect the proper codes to control the TV sound. The picture quality is poor when viewing from the side. Other than those few things it works great.

    Takes a little more getting use to than the Roku Television and there are several apps that I can't load. Still trying to get use to it. Purchased three Roku TVs for my home and decided to give an Android TV a try. Enjoying it, but still learning.

    Great OS and super fast. I actually like the menu and how its layed out much more than the Roku model of this TV. It works like a samsung or computer in regards to being able to optimize perfomance by running the optimization scan quickly in the home menu. Definitely would recommend.

    Got this TV on a black Friday sale for $200. Great deal for $200. Only complaint is I've noticed the native Netflix app seems to get a bit pixelated at times. Don't have that issue if you use a firestick or game console to stream through it though.

    product is great the delivery service is very bad, not the driver but the company that the driver works for, I will not order from best buy until I do pick up, very disappointed now I can't do any of my Christmas shopping online unless I do pick up, which is hard to do due to my work schedule.

    Over all this a great device for the money. Especially if you are within the Google ecosystem and use google assistant. Great size for the playroom. Has some bugs that for some reason it won’t turn on into YouTube . Small issue but over all good.

    Tv has a green line on the bottom of the screen on certain channels but overall the picture quality is really nice. I would bring it back but I already installed on the wall and it was only $199

    Really awesome tv...connects with my phone and other products, my kids love it because it connects to their Google Chrome book, since remote learning they put it on the big screen and it gives them the impression of being in the class room

    ports are hard to get to, decent quality image, does a weird sound thing every now and again to where no audio comes through (not my internet, this happens on both cable and streaming apps)

    No Disney Plus

    Its pretty good. I like the deal I got in it. Video games like COD looks a little weird on it but I think I got it to a good setting. Disappointed that Disney plus was not able to be installed on it. But overall I'm very happy I got this TV.

    Are t.v. had been dropped in are move to new house, so we went to Best Buy and bought a new tv. The people were friendly and helpful and told us how easy this one was to set up, plug in and turn on. Yeah! Back in business. Thank you Paul.
