I would recommend purchasing a Roku or Amazon TV or an Android. The Android is not as user friendly and provides less apps.

I have always got a name brand tv like a Pioneer or a LG. But this tv has been great. I have had it for 4 months now and it works like a champ. The black levels are good but not great. But over all I do love this tv. If you need a good priced 4K tv I would get this.

For the price of this TV you definitely get a decent 4k display. The colors sometimes look off to me, but that's because I am picky. Overall my wife and I are happy with this purchase - mainly used to play games and watch a bit of TV.

You get what you pay for, I guess. Feels like a cheap TV inside and out. I'm having terrible issues with HDR. This doesn't sync well with my soundbar via bluetooth, opticals or aux cable. I need to mute the speaker on the TV and there's still a notable delay on the bar. It also has a very strange issue when using a universal remote to control the TV (Google TV remote). The IR sensor is in an odd position and the remote needs to be well below the device for the remote to register. I will return and go a different route.

This is a basic TV but i have to say its colors are way better than an LG equivalent model you could get in store. The only issue i saw was this TV was a bit too slow in processing or moving from one streaming channel to another.

Looiking directly on, the picture is clear, bright, and has good color. Only complaint is that picture quality diminishes a lot if you are looking at it from a side angle. Brightness is gone, clarity is poor, and color is bad.

Not mountable. The pictures on here are not for the TV. Over good picture though if you don’t want to mount this TV. One picture shows mountable holes, the next picture does not.

I am enjoying my 4k tv. Colors are vibrant and makes my gaming and tv experience new. Only downside is that i couldn't figure out to have all the sound play through my sound bar. But it its nice to switch up how loud something is

I am only giving this 4 stars because I am unfamiliar with Android TV’s. I have an iPhone and have been using Roku and Fire TV forever so it has been a transition switching to an Android TV. The display is clear and great though!

The whole online purchase was very easy to understand and complete. Ive been enjoying my new tv. The pick up part was really great. She was very friendly and loaded my tv up and I was on my way within minutes. I just wish I couldve taken her home to unload it for me..lol

Very happy with the TLC 55" Android Tv, the real stars are the installation crew! Oscar had to come twice, due to irregular studs in the wall, he was cheerful, personable and more than competent. I recommend the television and installation crew!

Never thought I'd be one of the 1-star reviews but here we go. TV was super laggy from the start, would randomly disconnect from the internet and would quit out of apps mid-use. Got a replacement TV from TCL and had the exact same issues. Now I have to physically unplug it (at least once) every day in order to connect to WiFi. Terrible TERRIBLE purchase and poor reflection on TCL. Will never purchase TCL again.

This TV is decent as per the price range. Sometimes while casting TV lags - I have a good decent internet connection then also had this problem. Not sure whether this is a TV problem or not

I purchased this TCL television on 10/29/2020. Immediately went home, brought it through my sliding glass door, and opened the factory sealed package excited to set up my new television. But wait! There was no power cable. There was no remote control. There was no stand. There was no manual. So I packed it all up, hauled it through my sliding glass door (again), and drove to another nearby and larger Best Buy to exchange the television. Non available. Unable to pick up at distribution center not far away even though in stock. Returned. TCL and Best Buy Buy you wasted 3 hours of my precious day off!! Apparently I'm not the only person who has had to return to the store for this reason. Buyer beware on this TCL television.

I LOVE TCL TVs. For the price, they are sturdy and long lasting. This was for my mother but, she was thrilled to get it. The Android based menu was easy for her to navigate and the no frill remote is easy for someone who is not tech savvy to use. Highly recommend !

I love the size and picture of the TV but at times it’ll cut itself off to update in the middle of a show or it’s very slow to display the app screen.

A good value for a TCL 4K TV during the black Friday sale. Picture clarity and resolution is good enough for my old eyes. This is an Android TV which is new to me. You can actually download simple games on this Android TV.

Ive had this tv for a month now, so far so good. I dont have any issues, but i dont really use all the "smart features" due to my age - maybe i should have my gr.kids try my smart , see what they think :)

I had a wonderful experience with this television, I was helped by so many wonderful employees. I had a small return and Annie was such a huge help and so kind, and Devin provided the best possible service. Management was garbage through and through tho
