I normally buy Samsung but, when I saw this TV on the Black Friday sale. I thought I give it a try for the price. So far, so good. No complaints here.

I purchased this for a lobby area in a hotel and it works very very well! Set up was incredibly easy too! Very happy with it and will use it for a long time to come!

Cheap, and inexpensive

Remote is not overly easy to navigate. But the picture is sharp, and it was a cheap tv... so I wouldn't take it back, but I wouldn't buy another one either...

Solid for price.

The remote is a little cheap and I wish I could repurpose the app buttons for apps I use but it seems like that’s just the new norm. A little nitpicky I guess.

A step backwards from TCL's Roku TVs

Setting a static IP worked around the wired issue, disabling the 5GHz band on my router and setting a static IP worked around the WiFi issue. I also have the 55" Roku version of this TV, and the Android OS is noticeably slower to load and navigate than the Roku OS. This TV will mostly be a monitor for gaming consoles, so I can live with issues mentioned above. I own several TCL TV's and have been a big advocate of the company, however this product feels like a step backwards from the quality I have come to trust.

Disappointed

My last T.V has a warranty and the Geek Squad told me accidents aint covered. BTW cashier tells customers "accidents are covered "

Good overall for price

Has backlogged bleed through if your looking at screen when black. Has bright spots on edge but for price. Can't complain. Wifi is fast can stream 4k. I like it

Great budget TV

I think the Samsung I had was a better picture. But was having problems. My Vizio sound bar will be replaced soon as it just shuts itself off.

It worked out she has it in a nice spot and it works.

Very versatile and can be used for Airplay on Apple devices with an app in the Play Store.

Good TV for the price

Tv has the features of any other smart android TV. Sound isn't the best but can't complain much for a mid $200 TV. Screen is bright and colors are great.

We have brightness at 100% and tried other settings but it is still dark. Tonight the HDMI inputs stopped working. It kept searching for a signal. Another HDMI input had the same issue. Unplugged the TV and waited. Plugged back in and they started working. I hope this doesn't continue.
