Old Android version needs updating.

I like the tv but it had 0 updates when I installed it yesterday. I find that hard to believe as most of my Android TVs such as Hisense updated first thing it was started. TCL seems behind and this version of Android has the menu on the side and is less intuitive to use. TCL please update the software nobody is asking for Google TV but bring it to the latest Android update before that. They even show it running the menu on top when you look at the TCL site with the updated interface but when you buy it no update takes place. I emailed them and will change my review if it turns out I am wrong but I suspect they are not bothering to update this model. For this I cannot recommend it at this point. I emailed them no response as of now.
