    Decent 2nd TV. Slow menu

    It’s a decent tv for the price. The menu is really slow. Sound is hollow. It gets the job done as a 2nd tv but I wouldn’t want this to be my primary tv.

    For the price I paid it’s alright. The picture quality is not very good. If u really want a good picture quality u should stay away from this brand.

    Horrible TV Set

    Honestly I don't know how some people are buying these TVs and thinking that they are good TVs from my experience they're not even ok. The unit I bought seemed like it had trouble switching between HDR and SDR content, there was severe motion blur behind anything moving that almost made me sick, and after only having a week it starting having strange flickering and flashing. Returned it and replaced with a Vizio and haven't had any issues with the Vizio TV.

    Doesn’t like to stay connected to WiFi

    Good deal most of the time, however it sometimes doesn’t connect to my network and I have to reset it from the factory settings

    really not what I expected from buying the image is not very good after a couple of days of use I think the HDMI inputs are very uncomfortable for use

    Will Not Load 4K- Have Tried EVERYTHING!

    This tv had so many good reviews so I was so hype about getting this for myself on BF. I got it all set up, hooked up to my super fast wifi, and the darn thing WILL NOT load 4K videos, especially on YouTube. I tried everything from clearing data, clearing cache, system reboot, uninstalling YouTube (which it won’t let you by the way it will only let you uninstall the latest update, which I tried also)... and nothing works! It will play maybe 10 seconds of a 4K video and then buffer for like an hour and still not play the video! I’m so frustrated. I went on Google, Reddit, YouTube… Anywhere on the Internet and tried every single option that was given to me and nothing. NOTHING. In fact, I think it got slower after I rebooted the system. I tried to reach out to Best Buy’s support and I was waiting for like 50 minutes and then they send it’ll be about another 25 minutes so I gave up and TCLs support is no better. So I guess I’ll return it but I can’t afford these regular priced 4K TVs so... no new tv for me I guess. Sad.

    TV Delivery/Pick Up

    Delivery was good but did not take my old tv manager at the store said would make arrangement to have the old tv picked up this has not happened.

    It's cheap

    In every sense, this is a cheap TV. I bought it for $195 and that's an incredible price for a 55" tv. However, the fun stops there. The screen quality is definitely lacking. I have another 55" TCL I bought last year (Roku os) and side by side, you can definitely tell the screen quality is inferior in this model. Also, side viewing angle seems poor on this TV as a comparison. I am keeping it because it's so cheap, but it really is a cheap product.

    Decent picture but some delay when loading apps even when connected to Ethernet. For the price worth the value. Get what you pay for.

    Issues wit the color

    Having issues with the color. Screen is dark even though the brightness is all the way up. We have a service order in with the geek squad.

    Good for Price but don't expect much.

    Good TV. Sports drag a bit on it. Software is a little clunky, but it's good for the price. Any CBS app WILL crash on you. So screw CBS.

    Does not perform well with PS5, viewing sporting, or action movies. - HDMI ports randomly stop working. - Customer service is hit or miss, it's never the TV's fault. You're better off paying a higher end model. My 2015 Insignia performs better than this TV. Giving this to my niece, moving back to my Insignia. Don't waste your money.
