Cheap tv

Not very good picture quality

I'm not happy with my purchase

Also I'm wondering how it could be 4k UHD TV!!! The picture looks as the same as my 10 years old TV Maybe the TV that I have received has a technical issues?? The problem, if I want to return it back, I have to drop it off in the store and I don't have car. It seems that I'm stuck with this TV

Horrible tv with horrible picture quality

Startinf from picture quality to pixel quality is wayy bekow 4k. Sometimes the apps even crashed. I have another tcl tv but compared to that this was garbage. Will not recomend this to anyone. If i could i would rate it zero stars. For the price it surely is below average and has no quality to be called a 4k tv. Sometimes the colour looked all green and purple for no good reason.

disappointed

I thought this was a great deal but I’m disappointed. I should have got a Samsung or LG. This tv for starters feels really cheap the frame of the tv feels loose and the screen does not feel solid. The tv loads very slow on all apps and now It is not connecting to my wifi. I’ve been trying for maybe an hour to connect the wifi again and it’s saying error. I would recommend to pay a little more for a more quality tv.

Ghosting when watching shows is annoying

There is a lot of ghosting in video images. Its most noticeable when people are walking and talking. The ghosting creates a red ghost over white teeth and eyes that is very distracting. I returned it and exchanged, however the new one is just as bad. I have the roku version of this tv also and it doesnt have this issue ar all. Very disappointing.

ChromeCast doesn't work, massive video lag

Just google it and you will see a ton of of people having the same issues. The video lags horribly causing no audio sync. I've done just about everything to resolve this. rolled back updates, hardwired TV and computer, ran update checks on computer and TV, tried different computers, it's simply broken and doesn't work. I'll be returning my TV tomorrow.

Bad motion rate

Awful Customer Experience

It was missing the power cord, the manuals, all the cables, and the screws to mount to stand to the TV. I have tried to contact Best Buy about this numerous times but they don't answer their phones at this store, it seems. I have not been able to power up the TV to evaluate the screen. A very poor customer experience, to say the least.
