    Does not power on out of the box

    Purchased online with curb side pickup, which all went as planned. Got it home, installer was here. Once it was mounted and plugged in, tried to power it on. Nothing. Installer tested everything. This one is getting returned and have a 2nd one ordered for pickup. I hope the power on issue is a one-off defect. But now I have to pay for a 2nd trip for the installer.

    Great While It Lasts

    This was a strong choice for a budget TV while it lasted. In only a matter of three weeks, the television began to regularly mute all audio despite switching sources. This was an issue that could only sometimes be undone by turning off and on. Shortly after persistent audio issues, the screen began to flicker randomly - marking a disappointing holiday purchase.

    TCL Android TV-Awful experience

    will be re-returning 2nd TCL-TV for credit wish never to experience having to unplug my TV to reboot. Absolutely mistake trying brand other than Samsung.. the HDMI input jacks are not properly fastened inside TV, the ports all move together and sloppy tells me inside the junction box not even attached inside TV

    Gave me a badly broken TV

    We received a completely smashed 55" TCL TV and Beat buy even refused to accept responsibility. I even got 5 years goof proof when I bought it and it's a disgrace they peddle these bogus products and won't even off that. Amazon has repleced for me no questions askednin a similar aituation. I would just deal with a respected store as they're garbage.

    Worst TV purchase I've ever made. Our living room TV went out and we needed to replace it quickly. I wish we would have waited to find what we wanted instead of buying this just because it was a good price. The picture and sound are horrible. There is already a spot in the corner of the TV that glitches. This was a complete waste of money.

    Stay away from this brand. Less than a year picture went out and all we could Do is hear. Screen went black and we tried several things to fix it and nothing worked. The company was worst costumer service and their warranty sucks too. Stay away don’t waste your money with this brand

    Audio issues. Replacing tv

    Audio issues. On some videos the sound sounds like a sound mixed with a bee buzzing on some sounds. Returning my TV and will check if replacement TV has no issues. Will update review if new TV doesn’t have these issues.

    Waste of money.

    Don’t waste your money. This TV felt cheap coming out of the box. Legs are very flimsy. Even after a software update, most of the apps preloaded on the TV like Disney and Netflix didn’t work. The TV gave an error message and said that the device didn’t support the apps. LOL. Best Buy was very rude while trying to return this.

    I had it fir one day and it stopped working so I brought it back . Taking it back was weird too, the salesman didn’t know where half the inventory was. Nor did he know where the scratch and dent TVs were. Anyway , I don’t think I will be buying anything from Best Buy again. Cruddy service, sales and products. Go figure huh

    reading other reviews i made the decision to buy this tv however after a week of ownership the tv started having power issues and would only power on after a reset then after 30 days it quit and would not turn on at all, I would not buy this tv again and would be skeptical of other TCL products

    The Android TV interface is slow and difficult to use and the picture quality is terrible out of the box, so you’ll spend more time fiddling with the settings than you will watching anything.

    Dead after 18 months

    Screen backlight not working after 18 months, though rarely used. Tried every single method to recover but it was still dead. Now I have to pay a disposal fee for recycling. Stay away from TCL Android TV! What a waste of money!!!
