    Sync to voice is bad. Adjusted as much as the settings would allow. Try to get TCL tech help...yeah right. Should have spent a few $ more on another brand.

    Do not buy this product. Would give it zero stars if u could Dark lines running through the screen, spend the extra money on a better tv. Would not recommend!

    4th time reschedule my delivery

    Today is the 4th time that they didn’t show up for the delivery and even noboby called just saw online that I need to reschedule the delivery again!! What a joke.

    So I purchased this tv for a raffle prize for my sons football! One of my co workers won it! He said this tv is garbage! The picture sucks! The color sucks!

    Buggy as heck. I’ll never purchase another android TV again. Love the brand. Not the UI. And the remote range is horrible and always disconnects.

    I went to the store, the TV was still on, but the TV did not appear in the store because of one of the workers giving the TV to another person

    Got a 20 year old tv covered in sticky stuff, 2 inches of dust, a burned image on the screen all inside a taped & banded box!

    Not the TV I wanted I preferred the Roku model that I already have. I ended up returning and purchasing the Roku model. Very happy with it.

    Poor picture quality

    Picture quality was so poor I chose to return it. I spent a bit more to get the LG Nanocell ThinQ 55” and am much happier with that purchase.

    Had this tv for 2 weeks and it stopped working. Turned it on nad the screen had “searching for signal” on it. It never found the signal.

    I tried watching the new Lion King but the extreme contrast from HDR hurt my eyes. Also the auto dimming ruins the movie experience.

    What a horrible tv! I have two 32 inch tcl tv , and they were ok played ok and I was satisfied with them. This tv had a bad picture.
