Image quality is often influenced by signal strength of what you are watching. When streaming, you would want to check your WiFi signal strength. For this TV, you would want to make sure that you have a minimum of 25.0 Megabits per second.     Great Average TV

    Pros- price is great, color and contrast is amazing, sound is amazing (no sound bar needed), size is perfect. Cons- home-screen lags a little probably because it uses internet, screen does not process motion picture as fast as I would like, images are sometimes fuzzy and don't seem HD-enough to me. Got this because I couldn't pass up the price but I will be retuning this only to select a TV with a higher processor so I can have a more clear image. I would keep this TV if I didn't have the budget for a different one. Overall great if you want a larger TV for a great price.

    TV CUTS OFF RANDOMLY IN THE MIDDLE OF USE

    When it's working this TV is great. It doesn't matter whether I'm watching shows through apps downloaded to the tv OR whether I try streaming the same shows through a stick inserted in the port, the tv cuts off by itself. I've tried with Prime Video and Roku - same thing. The internet suggested turning off the sleep timer. I did that over the weekend and still, just now it cut off twice. I tried system optimization (clicked the shield icon on the home screen) just now and it went off after that. I've tried going into the setting area in the last 20 minutes, every time I click it the tv shuts off (this is 4 times in a row now). I restarted the TV and it seemed to be working, but after 20-30 minutes, it cut off again for no apparent reason! I'm so angry! I don't know what to do and the thought of having to return it is really frustrating. I waited YEARS to be able to afford a larger, nicer tv and this is NOT the experience I wanted.
