The picture is pretty good, although I can't really tell what is "4K" about it (the picture is much better than any of my other TVs). But, it is a very large smart TV and when technology catches up entirely with 4K, I guess I'll be ready for it.

Should have purchased a Roku TV instead

As background, I have several tvs in my home and my favorite by far is my TCL Roku 5 series. I am a big fan of the Google ecosystem in general and have an android phone and tablet. Pros: Very nice picture Light weight, easy to mount Cons: The android OS is very laggy. Apps load slowly Has been prone to random crashes The wifi is terrible! Set up feet away from the router, Netflix and YouTube TV take forever to load After my amazing experience with the TCL Roku tv, this pales by comparison. It was not worth the cheap price I paid, I should have just gotten another Roku TV

Very disappointed in TCL

I liked everything about this T.V., until the sensor stopped working in May. I enquired about the cost of repair and the repair would have cost as much as a new TV. The TV was well taken care of. A TV should last 5 to 10 years. Shame on TCL for selling a product that didn’t last

Dimensions are not accurate on BestBuy

Motion blur is terrible for sports

HOWEVER, it has a lot of motion blur during action sequences and sports. This is caused by the low refresh rate. It's only 60 hz which is the lowest of the low these days. If you like watching sports spend at least $500 on a Samsun of LG where there is less motion blur. LG Clear motion is awesome.

Beware Logging In!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far so good, EXCEPT!!! setting up the TV they wanted me to log in with my gmail email, which I did. They would send me a two digit code to enter and I would. The code was rejected several times until, without warning, I was locked out and told to try "several HOURS" later!! I just want to add all my Roku apps and move the Roku from the family room to MY TV and I'm shut out for HOURS!

it’s just e-waste
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this thing is lowkey destined for the e-waste. don’t buy it, pretty much every app on it crashes within minutes of playback. the thing forgets i have speakers plugged in to it every time it starts up, and the built in speakers are awful. i was baited by the sale price, I didn’t know I’d be dumping a couple hundred bucks on a barely usable piece of trash.

Doesn’t last

I’ve purchased 3 of this brand the first one went out after 1yr the 2nd 3months ago and the last one is still working but given signs that it’s going out.
