    Bought the 50" but BestBuy won't let people change their review. It was good except 1 month later pixels started dying. AWFUL TV. WILL NOT LAST AT ALL

    Broke after 2 years. TCL products are cheaply made and are designed to fail one year after purchase. Spend more money and get a better brand.

    Horrible tv. Is super slow and lags all the time. I have great WiFi and a strong connection but nothing fixes it.

    Died in less than two years

    TV screen went black in under 2 years of use. Avoid this TV.

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
