Great TV, I use Roku as my main app using their stick. Great sound, the screen clarity is first rate, easy to navigate and switch between apps.

Amazing picture and sound. Obviously not going to be as good as the TVs 3-5 times the price. Some light bleeds so if it bothers you, this is not the TV to buy. The product page says it supports only HDR 10 but I saw the badge for HDR 10+ when playing some 4K HDR videos, don't know if they're really HDR 10+ since I don't have any other TV with HDR 10+ to compare to. Works great with the cheap antenna I bought. Very happy with the purchase. Best Buy delivery was great and friendly too.

Happy with my purchase. Im able to watch netflix and hulu and down load other apps i stream all on one device .

This TLC 55" is the perfect size for the room I needed it for. The sound quality is surprisingly much better than I was expecting it to be. The picture I will withhold my opinion as for now. I will update this post for the picture at a later time. I'm still playing with the adjustments on the screen. I also like the fact it has so many options to watch from and not just cable. Time to cancel the cable....

Great visuals, decent sound for the price. The smart tv capabilities is what sets it apart from other priced TVs. WiFi is 100%, and I would highly recommend!

The tv has an excellent picture, especially for the price! Easy navigation too. You’ll have to hook up to your network to get the updates or any new apps.

This TV is easy to set up and use, also has excellent picture. I am glad I decided to make this purchase, and would recomend this TV, for all it's features.

Good TV, made much better adding a JBL 2.1 soundbar with subwoofer and Dolby audio. Tip. The remote should be pointed directly at the TV with nothing in its line of sight. I also have connected a PS4, karaoke system, HDMI/with lightning cable converter to connect my iPhone/iPad, and Fire TV stick (because it has Apple TV and Android doesn’t). Only minor gripe is the reflection on bright sunny days.

Not much to say. It's a tv. The picture quality is just ok. Sound was surprisingly good. There are only bare bones adjustments you can make to the picture. There is no way to change the frame rate or resolution or motion smoothing. That I can find anyway. There are only preset picture modes as well as brightness, contrast and a few others. The android tv os is garbage that worked well at first but gets slower and slower despite cleaning caches, restarting, etc. Starting to have some apps crash. The upscaler is not the best especially on anything under 720p. 1080 looks ok. 4k is good but not great. There is light bleed around the edges thats getting more and more noticeable on black screens. Mind you I've had it for only one month. This has me worried about its longevity. Barely worth it at 249 but be on the lookout when it drops to 199 like it has on two separate occasions in the last month. Also definitely get the protection plan.

I am so happy I decided to purchase this television. I intended it to be for an extra room I have that is set up for exercise and crafts. I thought I would only be using it for short periods of time. I find myself choosing to watch this television over my own in my bedroom. Picture quality and size make it a perfect fit for the room. Purchase price was unbelievable. I bought 5 years insurance for a total cost of $300. It again went on sale for $50 less. Best Buy credited my card almost immediately after I called to see if I could get a discount. Thank you Best Buy. You never let me down.

Great 4k budget television. Visuals and smart tv incorporation are great, just keep in mind that the refresh rate isn't as high as the pricier models.

Great picture, easy to navigate through the apps. Definitely worth the price. Got it delivered to my door and I was able to set up on my own with no issues.

So I bought this tv when it was on sale for I believe bit was 189 or 199 plus I had a 10 dollar discount reward. So in total I me out to about 219. The tv itself isn't bad, the up conversion is a 6.5 out of 10. 1080 signal looks pretty clear and crisp but lacked substance . The android tv portion was great. Occasionally it would slow down but that's because the memory is minimal at best. I would give it a 7 out of 10. The 4k signal looks great on about 25 percent of content. What makes the 4k look like trash is the contrast that makes images look like they are caked on with powder. I would also have to say 6.5 out of 10 on overall picture quality. If you are looking for a cheap 4k tv, that's what you will get. The contrast and brightness are below avg at best making this a greta budget 4k tv but not even close to a high end 4k tv. I rate this tv a 6 out of 10 mainly because of the price and not so much the picture quality. I ended up purchasing an lg tv from another store that was 2 hundred dollars more and had a 6 yr warranty. After comparing the 2 tvs I ended up returning the tcl tv. Oh and another thing, don't try contacting tcl, some of the worst customer service I have had in a while. They had me send pictures in of the bad picture quality and they would tell me it looks fine and than have me reset the whole tv and tell me if it looks better and I would tell them no and they would say reset again or at the end, that k you for contacting them.

Easy smart tv that is a good bang for your buck with decent picture quality just slow refresh rate.
