I really, really, wanted to like this TV. It's huge, it's got great features, it's lightweight, setup was simple, and the $199 price was a steal. The problem is all in the picture quality. I'm aware that Im not going to get great quality at this price point, but I expected it to outperform my 10 year old 720p Black Friday special. Sadly, it does not. There is no sharpness to the images on this TV and it sucks because it's enough of a problem that I'm going to have to return it. If you're looking for a big tv for maybe a play room or something, this one is fine, but it's not a good choice for the living room.

Solid price at 250 when it was on sale, cheap 4k entry TV but have noticed some issues. Android tv has all the apps and HBOMax which is pretty big, but HULU app takes a solid 40 seconds to open the first time the TV is turned on the for the day, and the guide on hulu is just as slow. Also my sound bar has a noticeable audio lag that happens all the time now. Turning off everything and back on sometimes fixes it for a few hours, but its very frustrating. I've researched this and it looks like it has something to do with the built in OS being funky. I'm going to try testing a roku box and fire stick on it and compare how the apps load and audio lag via soundbar. Note: Audio from TV speakers has no lag, just soundbar (I connect via HDMI ARC).

Got it around Black Friday for $200. Was kinda hesitant with it being TCL, Picture is actually pretty good. Sound is surprisingly loud on it too. Usually buy Samsung but just needed something to hook up in the kitchen for sports when I have people over. So far I like it.

Great value for an excellent TV. I’ve grown to really like having an Android TV in the house along with my Roku’s, good features in both. Recommended highly, great picture, well built, solid TV. Two things I don’t like so much, dinky remote and the interface is noticeable slower then Roku but it’s a hell of a buy for $200.

I was very happy with my purchase with Best Buy. We really like our TCL television. We appreciated the free delivery and quick delivery as well. The worker who dropped the television off let us know the policy if anything went wrong with the TV in the immediate future. This was by far the most reasonable price as well.

Bought 4 TVs for my restaurant and two of the them the screen has vertical and horizontal lines. The third one will not connect to wifi no matter what I tried. Googled the wifi issue and it appears to be a common problem with these sets with no solution. I haven't even turned on the 4th set since I am having electrician running power to it. Even worse is Best Buy won't stand behind this garbage because it was move than 15 days from purchase when I reported the problem so they told me to go through TCL. Well they were even worse as they claimed it was a cracked panel and isn't covered under warranty. The screen itself is not cracked...sent them pictures but they refuse to replace it. Don't buy this piece of garbage and if you do be sure to buy the best buy extended warranty. Also the purchase doesn't show up in my account so I can't even get the reward points. Smh.

This tv is a great value for the price. The sound has excellent quality and the apps pair easily with your accounts. The picture quality is decent with the exception of a few apps. I'm very happy with this purchase thus far and would purchase another in the future.

It was a good purchase, but it’s already had issues. I’m unable to organize my channels and at times it won’t turn on unless I unplug it from the outlet. I wouldn’t mind if this TV was several years old but it’s new. The size was great and picture quality is great.

This television was easy to set up, meaning the directions were easy to follow. Adding additional apps was a breeze. (I am NOT tech savvy at all) The WiFi antenna seems strong. I do not have internet so I use my phone as a hot spot. I wish the remote was larger, fits small in my hand, and falls down into the couch..

love the size and the price, but had a problem with the wireless connection less than 60 days of purchase. the controller is also very sensitive when the signal from it to the tv sucks and it needs a sound bar.

Great tv. The picture is clear. The sound is good. I like that I can load some of the apps into the TV. I would give the TV 5 stars, but I took one star off because the remote is not that gread.

Purchased this tv for my husband. He absolutely loves it and was happy with this purchase. There are alot of apps to choose from and we are able to stream various movie apps. The resolution was exceptional and the sound was better than i thought. There is No need to connect a sound bar to this TV.

Extremely happy with this TV so far! It feels like a huge upgrade to our previous set, and the cost was very reasonable. The built-in smart TV features are a nice bonus and seem to work as advertised. Plus, the PS5 looks great on it! Would definitely recommend for those looking for a budget-friendly 4K option.

This is a great TV. Crisp color and pretty easy to install. The only issue is it sometimes jumps out of my programming and back to the homescreen.. so that's pretty annoying. Other than that it's a good quality for the pricepoint.

After almost 4 months with this new tv, i couldnt be more happy with my purchase, the amount of functions & apps the product offers is incredible. The quality for the price is much more then i expected, and the best of all, not a single issue up to this point. I will definitely be buying a bigger one.

Very nice Tv. Very clear picture and it works just like any other snart television. This TCL TV is definitely worth the price! I would suggest you purchase a sound bar for the utimate experience, especially for those who enjoy music video and loud movie quality sound. The TV without a soundbar gets average loud.
