Bought this for a friend actually for his birthday since we were always giving him grief for having a small non-smart TV. He states the TV works great. Was a good price as well.

Very happy with this unit. Overall good picture and sound is not bad. This is considering that this is an entry level TV.

Good value for the price. Surprised of the picture quality at this price point. As expected the sound is isn't great but ok for regular viewing

Have two of these in my kids rooms. Video games are super detailed on these and the smart tv interface is really easy to use. Great tv for the price, especially for the bedroom.

I give it 4 stars for the price...ofcourse I bought this on black Friday for $200. Can't complain for a working 55 inch 4k tv with hdr.

So far so good, glad it's an android TV because is accepts apps typical streaming devices don't accept. Quality is so nice and the volume is just fine. Will update if any problems.

Coming from a 60in samsung that started fading blue after one year, this tv looks amazing, yes its a lil smaller but ive gotten used to it, for the price it is 100% worth it.

I bought this TV on sale for my son’s room. It was a great price and Best Buy delivered it for free! Amazing!! Great TV as well. He uses it to play his PS4 and to watch YouTube.

Great TV for the price, just be careful with it in transport (keep it vertical at all times). Picture quality is good, sound is better than expected.

I purchased this TV for my outside covered patio. Once I received it I changed my mind and put it in the bedroom. It has an excellent picture. I'm very pleased with it.

We got this on a black friday sale. This is my first android tv and I can't overstate how disappointed I am. If I didn't get an incredible deal I would have returned it. This isn't android as anyone knows it. It can't hardly run any basic android apps, like facebook. Call me silly but I was excited when I ordered this tv online. I was imagining a giant 55 inch Android device that I could check my email or fb from in between football plays. Not possible. It simply fails as a android platform and google should be ashamed to be putting this out there. Second this is not nearly as easy to use as a roku tv. I am a fan of TCL and we've bought two of their roku tvs and loved them. The roku tvs are easy to use and just work. Android tvs turns out not so much. Third this tv has a voice remote that "sleeps" and you have to wake it by pressing the button 3 times to use it. I get so aggravated I've wanted to throw the remote more than once. The problem is you HAVE to use the remote to change sources. We have a switch and an xbox hooked up and you can't switch between then and the tv without this stupid remote that won't wake up. Honestly even with the deal we've gotten I'm still considering returning it and taking the price hit. Never again am I getting an android tv.

Great budget TV. I wanted a 4K 60hz TV for my PS5 purchase. There aren’t many hdmi 2.1 TV options for the PS5 currently so I bought this to hold me over until next year. Its not the best picture in the world but for the price it really is hard to beat. I have used this TV so far with my Apple TV 4K and through a PS4. It works great. It has low input lag and has been great for gaming. The speakers aren’t great but doesn’t bother me because I’m using a sound bar. I haven’t used the android software as well because I’m using my appleTV.

Paid $200. Worth every penny. Even though the price is low, the picture is fairly good, angles are good, colors are acceptable. Smart TV options are available (Android TV)

Covid restrictions meant we had to buy this TV blind. We were unable to get anyone on the phone to tell us about it or our options and we did not feel safe going in the store. Fortunately, we have had great success with Best Buy in the past and this was also an excellent product. Being senior citizens, there were several problems getting it set up and working as we don't understand electronics and Best Buy wanted to charge almost as much as we paid for the TV to help us. It's working now and we are very happy. If the reasons for the poor customer service were not Covid related we probably would look elsewhere in the future.
