I love that it has customizable menus so you can move icons out of the way and your favorites to show 1st. Also, the control with built in mic makes finding shows and entering info you would normally have to punch in a breeze! Another cool feature is that you can sync your google account so if you have multiple TV's of the same kind, your customized menu experience will follow your Google login.

I’ve had TCL Roku TVs in the past and the Google TV experience is just as good if not better. The TV itself has great pictures and good sound. My only wish is the Google TV would allows you to set wake up routines to set alarms, tell you the news weather etc like their home products do but that is a software fix that may be added later.

Both TVs were installed by the Geek Squad on wall mounts, and the guys did a fine job. The TVs have good picture, but the start-up is a bit if a pain, as we need to indicate virtually every time which HDMI to use (it doesn’t change). We also had a Polk sound bar system installed, which has been a disappointment. Another Geek Squad visit is scheduled.

Great smart tv for the price

The picture quality surprised me. I had low expectations because of the price. So we purchased this google version for our bedroom. I had to change picture settings off of efficiency to get colors right (it looked washed out). Only CONs are the standby light (i covered it with electrical tape) and picture is washed out when viewing from angle.

However, switching between content with a specific app or input, you should be able to do that without going to the Home Screen.
