Okay TV - better options available

I’m not a big fan of Googles smart TVs and prefer Amazon Fire TVs or Roku Smart TVs over Googles platform

Black Screen of Death

We did everything that TCL support said to fix the problem but to no good. It's just outside of Best Buy return Window. So we have to wait for TCL to send us a shipping box so we can ship to their service center for repair/ replacement all this will take alot of time

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them have screws in them, and should be removed. We recommend using the appropriate M6 screws that come in most mounting bracket screw kits. This TCL TV uses a 300mm x 300mm VESA mounting pattern. Worst TV and Even Worse Customer Service

Attempted to get a replacement and all they did was update my TV, which did nothing. Even if you have a year to get a replacement you WILL NOT end up getting one. Sucks that a Geek Squad member recommended it to me in the store.
