    This TCL 55" Class 4-Series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV has been nothing short of amazing!! We purchased all new smart TV’s from Best Buy for all rooms in our house and cut the cable. We are extremely happy. Thanks again, Best Buy!!

    Great tv for the price, especially after getting it on sale. Was a gift for a well deserving family, and they seem to love it! Tv sound could use some improvement but I don’t hear anyone complaining….

    I purchased this TV in 2022 exactly 2 years later, it refuses to boot up. Until the TV stopped working, it was a good TV though. I called TCL for support and learned that the warrenty is only 1 year. Now I'm having to trash the TV. $350 for a tv that lasted only lasted 24 months, not a good deal.

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     It is a nice TV. Way to involved to set-up. Google is a pain. The picture quality is excellent. I don't like Google. I am returning it for a TCL 55" ROKU. I would recommend this TV for someone who uses all Google products. We use the bare minimum of Google products. Returned a Google Home. We have no choice to use Google products on our phones.

    The product is awesome. Works well. However, it should have been delivered but the delivery driver never showed up nor called. I ended up picking it up myself. Not a very satisfied customer.

    Great Tv for what we bought it for but wish it was a bit easier of explaining the instructions, on how to set up. But other than that great tv.

    Needed a TV for my new place. Picked this up and it's not really a good option. Viewing the TV at an angle that's not directly in front of it is horrible and casting connection is poor.

    Won't process Dolby audio but still decent

    Decent TV. Has a few glitches. It won't process Dolby audio. I thought it was a defect so I exchanged the TV but the new one won't do Dolby audio either. TCL wanted to replace the main board with an identical board. Since both TV's had the same issue I dont think the board is the problem. So maybe a future software/firmware update will resolve the audio issue. If you don't mind strictly PCM stereo audio then no problem.

    It's a fine television. Bought it for work to have GPS up at all times in the command center. Pairs to Chrome easily. Perfect for what we use it for.
