    The tv is great. Nice picture and sound. I replaced a TCL with roku with this TCL with google. Hatecthat i switched. Roku TV is much better IMO. Will be adding a roku stick soon.

    Google tv is a little different and the tv has a delay in the audio and I cant seem to fix it even following the instructions. I had this tv but with roku tv like it more

    Good hardware, trash software

    Hardware is nice -- screen quality is good for the price, fairly thin and light. The software on the other hand is absolute trash. Slow response, buggy apps, and crash to the home menu EVERY SINGLE TIME I watch anything. Either plan to use an external streaming device, or buy something else

    I purchased this on 1.15.2022 and it worked great. I knew at this cost limit sacrifices would be an issue with the quality of the picture. I did not expect the TV to have issues with turning it on and randomly turning it off by itself. After researching, the TV will power on with a black screen if you use CEC HDMI-connected devices. I tried all of the recommended fixes without success.

    Dead before 2 years.

    I bought this as a Black Friday/Christmas deal in 2020. In May 2022, I smelt the ol solder burning smell. The tuner card had burned out. Now, it won't play any cable TV and it won't play anything 4K on apps. Pretty much useless, now. It wasn't that bad when it worked, but I was glad I didn't pay more than $200 for it. Avoid...

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     If you have spectrum TV. This tv is not compatible do to Google TV not having a contract with spectrum.

    Bad product! Tv has several issues

    Please don't buy this Tv! I got mines not even a month ago. It has several issues! Does not pick up bluetooth devices, trouble turning it on, pictures goes in and out.... ETC
