Great smart tv

They performance and simplicity is stellar. The 55 inch 4K UDH with HDR gives us a different outlook on viewing television without breaking the bank.

But once I got the television home and working I was throughly impressed. The remote control app for your telephone gives you the option of listening to your television through your Bluetooth headphones. Awesome!

Picture quality is okay but not bright enough know matter what setting I have it on. The remote is absolutely terrible. I have to hit the buttons several times for them to work at all. I bought a $10 universal remote that works much better.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Worst product EVER!
