When I first got it and hooked up my PS4 for the first 3 days I was having issues with the audio, but then magically it fixed itself and I havent had a single issue since then. I've had it for just over a month now.

The roku software sometimes gives a small amount of trouble but overall the TV is top-notch for the price. Colors are fairly accurate, decent response time, didn't have to mess with a single setting. 9/10 would recommend.

Purchased same TV in October 2018 and purchased Geek Squad protection for 24 months. That one stopped showing picture at 20 months apparently the LED’s went out. So glad we purchased extended warranty This one is a newer model And no problems so far.

This TV is excellent I bought it for our kids game room and they’ve absolutely loved it I’ve had no problem with it since I purchased it and it still working perfectly it’s up great TV at a great price

It wasn't the top shelf TV from the brand name, but for the price fantastic. Not that my 80yo Mom would know the difference. She loves it, it's the biggest TV she's ever owned or watched. Fairly easy to navigate once set up.

I bought this for my outdoor patio and LOVE it! It’s compatible with Comcast, so I can stream my cable out there as well. Sound is decent, but I added speakers for a bigger sound.

They're are many options and apps available with this brand. it's inexpensive and I use it for gaming. you can choose resolution or frame rate. if course you can tweak individual things but the presets are pretty good.

This is our first smart TV and it's great. The ROKU is easy to use to access Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Other reviews say the picture quality is not the best but I can't tell the difference. Highly recommended.

Perfect TV. No cable no problem no issues. Great display I use it all the time still no problems. Only thing: the buttons on the remote had the arrows/"select"/etc buttons completely faded in 1.5 months.

I purchased these as Monitors for displaying news bulletins and it does just that. I haven't used them for anything else so I don't have much to say about them. They worked the first time and that's good.

I bought the 55 inch Series 4 ($299) and the 55 inch Series 5 ($399). The 4K picture quality is night and day! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $100 and get the Series 5 TV. Thank me later.

A senior citizen, I had to learn how to operate and/or reach all the different avenues for watching TV. It has been a challenge, but it seems to be falling in place. Another obstacle, not being totally computer literate. Never too old to learn!

i got this to put it on guest room. I had hisense 55’ already but wanted to try different brand this time. they are almost same, sound, screen quality, etc. Don’t expect too much, n you will be super satisfied.

Can now see tennis ball when watching 15' away :-) TCL customer service helpful in setting up the TV to go directly to cable upon powering up. Excellent image quality.

I wanted a TV that would mirror my tablet. I asked the salesman which TV's did it he showed me everything I needed. I am very happy so far so good! The tcl ruku TV really is what you expect when somebody says " smart tv "

The tv is wonderful, the “curbside pickup” process was horrible and resulted in my boyfriend’s birthday presents (this TV and something else I picked up in the same order) to be late. I will not order again.

The TV in our office finally died. We had a waiting room full of patient with no TV. Best buy had this 55 in TV in stock with a great price and easy to install. The TV was back up and on with in the hour. Problem solved

Overall Good TV for it's price, but the TV has a tendency of disconnecting from the internet whenever you turn it off, and you have to reconnect to Wifi each time you turn it back on.

This is an amazing tv! I wish it communicated with my cable box so I only had to use 1 remote but the codes didn’t work. It’s such a small issue that I don’t mind at all because this is a great tv!

I love this TV. I love TCL. Only thing is that you can't do AirPlay with your MacBook because it's an older version. (I have a later TCL where you can do Airplay). Other than that, its awesome.
