Very Professional, The printer was damaged in moving to Texas and it is not repairable at this time. I suspected this to be the problem and it was good to get a second opinion.

I enjoy this TV. I have had a few instances of glitch behavior with the roku system, but overall it behaves very well and works like a typical roku. For the price point and the size, I think it is a good TV.

Great tv! I like that I don't need that firestick for this tv. It's all there from hbo, netflix and more. You also have the options to set up your game console, soundbar and more.

So far so good one was damaged when we first plugged it in out of the box. Best buy just exhanged it for a second one so both are working. Small remote easy to point backwards at the tv.

This is a great TV! My brother-in-law highly recommended this brand. It was purchased for my 79 year old Dad. It is very user friendly. The set up was easy and the picture quality is great.

I bought it before the quarantine last year, and it is one of the most amazing products I bought for the lockdown at home. I enjoyed binging videos on the couch.

Great tv for the money. Highly recommended. I picked it up curbside brought it home and the screen was shattered. I got a refund and bought another one and it is fantastic TV

Looks great, no issues after 6 months. Love that it has ROKU and enough HDMI ports for me. Huge bonus that it has an ethernet port so I can wire it instead of using wireless.

My old TV went belly up and got this one because it was a good price and it was bigger than my original. The 4K is awesome! I now make sure I stream everything in 4K now!

My con with this TV would be the quality of the picture ,I switched from a 1080 p TV to this 4K thinking my picture would be higher in quality (And for the built in ROKU) but seems about the same to me ,I know 4K is a little out dated with electronics changing so much in short periods of time but I still would think the picture would be somewhat better.That’s whyI gave it a three star review. It may be a better picture with blue ray or 4 K disc I can’t comment towards that I do not own any.

Lasted just over a year. Had dead pixels and screen just went black. Literally happened about a week after our 1 year warranty expired and we couldn't get it replaced. Of course I know technically it was over a year but being it was only 6 days past I was hoping TCL could help out and replace it or fix it but nope. Won't be buying TCL again

I bought a smaller TV like this one and was very pleased so when it was time for another TV I already one in mind. Always happy with the best buys customer service and products!

I've been a big Roku person for some time, so it made sense for me to go with a Roku TV for my latest upgrade. Perfect for cutting the cable and going all in on streaming.

thank GOD for TCL TVs. I hope they start making outher appliances like fridges, stove, microwave. For me, TCL TVs are the best, hands down. They meet all my TV wants.

I like the Roku system and chose the TV set to be compatoble with another that i already had. I am very satisfied with streaming TV. Never go back to cable and satellite.

Always give you three selections instead of know n.v you w as not tv on the screen then you should have to choice of switching to other choices. But that's just my opinion.

Overall it's s good TV. If you mainly watch TV or movies it will serve you will. If play fast paced video games maybe look elsewhere. There tends be a lot of motion blurring that you can't turn off. It isn't a huge deal breaker. More annoying than anything. The only bad thing is I've only have had the TV mounted for a couple days and it already has a couple dead pixels with a thin blue line going across the screen. If you get one with no defects, you'll probably love it.

Outstanding TV with all the latest feathers. A pleasure to sit down with the grand children and watch!!
