Love Roku and its super easy to find apps or the channels you want. One of our USB ports doesn't allow USB to be inserted so I need to take it back to exchange possibly.

Great TV to begin with the cutting the cord from cable TV. Roku TV streaming may be our response to every increasing cable tv monthly services.

Purchased television about 2 weeks ago, to be honest haven't had any real complaints. Not a big fan of the sound quality, but an AUX cord and a good sound output should remedy that.

I had a problem with the first unit I bought. There were horizontal lines at the top portion of the screen so I had it replaced. So far the new one is working great.

My old 4K RCA tV went out so I bought this TCL 55” and I have to say it’s an awesome TV with a great picture and the built in roku is a nice feature

Needed a TV in my garage that could stream Xfinity and other apps, as I didn't want to run wires. This is an excellent Roku TV thus far.

This TCL ROKU TV is excellent for viewing tv and for streaming video. The ROKU provides many viewing options with the various streaming applications.

We absolutely love how smooth the process went, pick up was very convenient, and we love our new tv! It was a great experience and we will buy from Best Buy again.

My spouse and I got this for ourselves as a Christmas gift and I have love watching movies on our tv and having the surround speaker on.

TV is awesome havd it in my shed, it drops down from the ceiling and fits perfectly in the door opening as we sit around the camp fire.

So last year I got two 32” for my kids rooms. They have done well so far. My 47”Samsung went out so I went looking for a low cost 4K and found this. So 4K smart on a low budget.

3 very visible broken pixels right out of the box. TCL official support state was that they could not repair/replace the TV since it wasn't covered under warranty unless there were 15+ broken pixels. Such a shame that I got defective product as most everything else about this TV is really great for the price. I suppose you get what you pay for. 3 star TV, 1 star customer service.

I am having problems with the HDMI inputs. One or all of them cut out every several seconds for a second or two. I am still looking into if this is really the case.
