TCL - 55" Class - LED - 4 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR - Roku TV is great, amazing image, audio I love it

This tv has great smart features and a very intuitive Roku interface that even my grandma was comfortable using!

Purchased a 55" TV that was last year's model for $300. For the money it was a great buy, but the TV has only average color and sharpness.

This TV will do everything you need to stream shows and will not break the bank.

The picture itself is not as sharp as other tv's I have seen for being 4k but for the price you cant beat it

I just love Best Buy they always have what I want my curbside experience was fast and safe And my Roku TV is GREAT

The roku interface is super friendly to new users, the icons are a big size. Allows for many customizations.

I was really stoked when i saw this tv was priced at 300 dollars on Best Buy's website. I had heard and read a lot of great reviews from people who seemed very pleased with the price and performance of this particular brand and model not only on Best Buys website but Amazon as well. I eagerly purchased and all was well for about 30-40 days. There is now a horizontal line running through a third of the tv screen causeing the picture's color to be distorted. Im disappointed in the tv overall yes, but im more disappointed in Best Buy as their return policy is only 15 days from initial purchase and getting a hold of someone who can actually help is truly very difficult and time consuming whether calling the local store, calling the main call center, or chating onlone with an agent. I got nowhere on all three, i dont know if its just me but its truly a saddening experience. I have yet to try instore but i cant go in store as Best Buy requires you to schedule an appointment but i cant schedule one because i cant reach anyone. Worse case ill chuck it up as a lose and buy from Costco as their return period is 3 months of purchase. Anyways hope this helps just wanted to give my experience that way someone else can make a more informed decision.

Great tv for the price with good features The only problem you must buy a sound bar to get decent audio !!!!

The tv is good for the price. It can’t be compared to a Samsung in its class but for $150-$200 less I’m satisfied

Great big TV on a budget! Only complaint is that the feet are somewhat flimsy. Hasn't been a problem, but I worry it could tip over easily.

The staff was very polite kind and both practice safety by wearing their mask and practicing social distances

Tons of features and nice video quality, we use several for demonstrations and they have held up tremendously well.
