The quality of the picture never really impressed very much. I didn't like the remote (can't recall why specifically now....it's been a few weeks since I returned it. This was my first and last TCL tv.

There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Geek Squad customer service was beyond terrible.

Geek Squad should be trained on how to act in someone's home, AND, to not leave a mess, holes in wall, incomplete job. I hope to never do business with Best Buy again and have spread the word.
